01 · Car history
One timeline for every car.
Each car has a single timeline of the work your garage did on it, newest first.
- Date, mileage, work done, parts used, labour, total price, mechanic and notes
- Photos attached to the record, taken in the app or uploaded
- Records from before Garage OS typed in by hand or imported from a spreadsheet
- Every edit and delete kept in the record’s change log, with who and when
- A deleted record is hidden, never erased
02 · Customers and vehicles
Find any car in seconds.
Search by plate, VIN or the owner’s name from one box, on the web or in the app.
- Customer name and phone
- Vehicle plate, VIN, make, model, year, fuel and current mileage
- A warning when a plate or VIN is already in your list
- Bring your existing customer list in from a spreadsheet
03 · Stock
The storeroom, counted.
Included in the plan. Parts written into a history record leave stock automatically.
- Name, part number, brand, category, quantity, unit and shelf location
- Purchase and sale price, and the value of what is on the shelf
- Stock in and stock out with a reason, every movement in a ledger
- A minimum for each part and a low-stock list
- Scan a barcode with the phone camera to find or move a part
04 · Team and roles
Three roles, clear rules.
Invite your staff by email or phone. The same rules apply on the web and in the app, and the server checks them on every action.
