How billing works
How do I pay?
Each month you receive an invoice as a PDF. You pay it by bank transfer, and we mark it paid when the transfer arrives. No card is needed.
What happens after the free month?
Your first invoice comes on the 1st of the month after your free month ends. Nothing is charged before then, and nothing renews unless you keep using Garage OS.
What if an invoice is late?
You have a grace period of 14 days after the due date. If the invoice is still unpaid after that, the garage account is paused until payment arrives. Your data is kept.
Can I pay in lek?
Garages in Albania are invoiced in lek: 3,200 L a month for up to 3 users and 550 L for each extra user. Garages in Kosovo are invoiced in euro.
Can I add or remove users?
Yes. Your garage admin invites and deactivates people at any time; the next invoice counts the active users.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price includes VAT: 18 % in Kosovo and 20 % in Albania. Each invoice shows the VAT it contains.
